Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed by next business day. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping times start once the order is processed. Shipping times may vary, but on average orders take between 5 – 8 business days to be delivered. Please note: customers outside the Continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii) may experience longer shipping times.

Once your return has been received and processed, a credit will be issued back to your credit card. Please allow twenty-one (21) days to account for transit time and return processing before you receive confirmation of your credit. This includes the 3-5 days your banking institution may take to process and post this transaction to your account.
