Q. What countries do you ship to?

A. Currently we ship to Canada and United States.

Q. When will my order be shipped? When will it arrive?

A. Orders placed Monday through Thursday will be processed by next business day. All orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping times start once the order is processed. Shipping times may vary, but on average orders take between 5 – 7 business days to be delivered. Please note: customers outside the Continental United States (Alaska and Hawaii) may experience longer shipping times.

Q. What is the difference between Order Date and Ship Date?

A. The Order Date refers to the date the order was received. The Ship Date refers to the date the order was shipped from our shipping facility.

Q. Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

A. Currently, we DO NOT ship to PO BOXES. We DO ship to APO/FPO addresses.

Q. How should I ship my return or exchange?

A. If you signed up for a SilverJeans.com user account prior to, or during checkout, you can process your own RMA shipping label by logging into My Account to access your order history. From there, select the correct order and click the return button. Fill out the return form and specify if you would like a return or an exchange. If you require an exchange be sure to include the style number and size you wish to receive back in the comment box of your exchange form. Once your RMA shipping label request has been approved, you will be supplied with a return label. Please print off the return label and drop your package off at your closest UPS store. Be sure to include your original packing slip. Please allow twenty-one (21) days to account for transit time and return processing before you receive your credit or confirmation of your exchange.

Please note that only users who have registered for a SilverJeans.com account prior to, or during checkout will have the ability to use the Return Label service. Users who have checked out using Guest Checkout do NOT have access to this service and will be required to select a carrier at their own expense. Q. When I track the status of my order, it says it was delivered
but I can't find it. Where is it and what should I do?

A. Please check the following:
  • Verify the shipping address
  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location for your package
  • See if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Some packages travel through multiple carriers; check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail.
  • Wait 24 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival

Q. Will my credit card be charged immediately?

A. No. Your credit card will only be charged after your order has shipped. When your order has been submitted, you will receive an email stating that your order has been received with your order confirmation number. Our Secure Credit Card Transaction Service will then immediately request Authorization from your Credit Card Company to charge your card once your package has shipped. If you are checking your Credit Card balance online, you may see this Authorization attempt on your most recent summary of activity. Please note, this is only an Authorization attempt, your Credit Card will only be charged once your package has shipped. If for any reason your Order is Cancelled, your Credit Card will not be charged.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. Yes. Simply REGISTER with Silver Jeans, and you will be eligible to receive e-mail updates on new products, sales, events, and other special announcements.

Q. Why should I become a registered user?

A. Being a registered user offers you faster checkout because you won't have to re-enter your credit card, shipping, or billing information. When you place an order, that information will be filled in automatically. You will also have the ability to request RMA shipping labels and facilitate the returns process should you want to return or exchange any items that you ordered.

Q. How do I change or cancel my order?

A. If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact Customer Support service as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Q. Why is my promo code not working?

A. We do not allow multiple discounts or offers to be stacked. If there is currently a promotion running on the site, no further discounts can be applied.
