Returns/Exchange Policy

Return policy

    • We only accept returns or exchanges for garments purchased through the Silver Jeans Online Store (www.silverjeans.com)
    • If you have a concern regarding an item purchased from an independent retailer please contact them directly
    • We will be happy to accept free returns or exchanges purchased from SilverJeans.com within 30 days of the original order ship date
    • All returns should be returned with the tags still attached. We cannot accept washed and/or worn merchandise.

Holiday Returns

During the holiday season (Saturday, Nov. 18 to Monday, Dec. 25) all orders will be eligible for our FREE return/exchange policy until Friday, Jan. 26, 2018.

Return Guidelines

Deviations from the guidelines below may result in a delay of the return processing

If you have an account set up

Simply log into My Account, select the order found under order history and click the "return" button at the top right of the order confirmation page. Then fill out the return form to create the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request.

Once you receive the automated email confirming that the return has been authorized you may log into your account to print the pre-paid UPS return label.

In your account, navigate to > My returns > View return > Print shipping label.

Please be sure to include the original packing slip in with the return.

If you don’t have an account set up

Just go to www.silverjeans.com/rmarequest to request the pre-paid return label

The return request will be reviewed and approved within 1-2 business days and will come in the form of PDF attachment that will need to be printed.

Once you have the label on the outside of the package you may arrange pick up with UPS (by phone, online or dropping it off at a UPS store).

Please be sure to include the original packing slip in with the return.

Exchanges

We are only able to process an exchange for a different size in the same style number Please write the new size on the packing slip and place it in with the return
