Returns/Exchange Policy

Don't love it? Don't worry - returns and exchanges are free and easy.

Please note we only accept returns or exchanges for garments purchased through our online store - If your item was purchased through another retail store please address your return or exchange inquiries with them.

To facilitate an expedited return or exchange process, please follow the below guidelines. Deviations from these guidelines may result in delays.

  1. We will be happy to accept free returns or exchanges of your unwashed/unworn garments purchased from within 30 days of the original order ship date
  2. Registered Users can process their own return or exchange, by simply logging into My Account, selecting their order found under order history and clicking the "return" button at the top right of their order confirmation page. Then fill out the return form to create their RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request.
  3. Users who check out as a guest can request a return label be sent to their email address on file by filling out the RMA request form at
  4. Once the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request has been approved (please allow 1-2 business days for this to process), print off the Return Label that will be supplied to customers in their account or sent to them by email. Customers who have checked out as a Guest can use a carrier with tracking capabilities which will have to be purchased at their own expense, or, they can contact us and one of our Customer Service Representatives can create a Return Label for them.
  5. Our easy to use RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process provides you with a free return label.
  6. All returns should be returned with the tags still attached. We cannot accept washed and/or worn merchandise.
  7. Please include your original packing slip and mark on it the following:
    • Your original order number
    • The style number(s) of the item(s) you are returning
    • Why you are returning the items
    • Whether the items are for refund or for exchange
    • If you would like an exchange please include the style number and size of the item you would like In exchange

Please allow 2-3 weeks to account for transit time and return processing before you receive confirmation of your return or exchange item(s).
