You are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item for credit or exchange. Overseas orders can only be returned for credit only any new items will have to be re-ordered. . | Q. How should I ship my return or exchange? |
| A. Pack and seal your package securely, in the original package, if possible. On the outside of the return/exchange box, please attach the original invoice/ pick slip that came with your order. For an exchange, please include a note stating what size you require. Once availability has been confirmed, your exchange will be sent back to the original shipping address. You should ship your return/ exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.
