Return / Exchange Policy

Being a registered user offers you faster checkout because you won’t have to re-enter your credit card, shipping, or billing information. When you place an order, that information will be filled in automatically.

However, keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for a refund. We will refund any unwashed or unworn merchandise with a copy of your receipt or invoice. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return an item for credit or exchange. Overseas orders can only be returned for credit only any new items will have to be re-ordered. . If your return situation involves unusual circumstances, please email us from our contact page at www.silverjeans.com and we will be happy to help.

You have a maximum of thirty days from date of shipment to return merchandise.
We will not accept garments that have been worn, abused or altered for fit.

Pack and seal your package securely, in the original package, if possible. On the outside of the return/exchange box, please attach the original invoice/ pick slip that came with your order. For an exchange, please include a note stating what size you require. Once availability has been confirmed, your exchange will be sent back to the original shipping address. You should ship your return/ exchange with a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package does not get lost.

Once your return has been received and processed, a credit will be issued back to your charge card, and you will receive an e-mail confirming the issued credit. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
