Assistant Loft Manager

Supports the Loft Manager in managing the loft's operations including staffing, financial performance and team development; accountable for ensuring that all aspects of the Family of Friends service- selling model are fulfilled so the loft consistently delivers an authentic Silver Jeans Co. brand experience. The Assistant Loft Manager relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job; assumes responsibility for the loft in the absence of Loft Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Assist in the staffing, training and retention of a store team that supports the Family of Friends service-selling model.
  2. Drive profitable sales and meets or exceeds financial plans through setting priorities for the team to deliver on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) goals, including conversion, units per transactions (upt), and average dollar sales (ads).
  3. Understand and utilize reporting tools to analyze the business and redirects to increase sales and drive profitability.
  4. Manage expense control by managing payroll and controllable expenses.
  5. Participate in training process for new hires including Silver Jeans Co. brand and culture immersion, product knowledge, selling model, and other responsibilities.
  6. Coach and develop team to increase their knowledge and skill sets while providing opportunities for continued development and growth within the company.
  7. Partner with Loft Manager to manage the Company Performance Management Review process to ensure team is successful.
  8. Partner with Loft Manager to establish a network within market to create and maintain a talent resource in market.
  9. Execute loft visual presentation efforts per corporate direction and payroll utilization to ensure flawless visual standards.
  10. The above duties, tasks and responsibilities may differ and other duties, as assigned, may be part of this job.

Jeaner (Part-time position)

Essential to our brand's success, a Jeaner educates our customers on our jeans, our amazing fit, details, quality of our denim, the brand, and values that we stand for. Building authentic relationships are vital to delivering the Silver Jeans Co. brand experience. Commitment to our Family of Friends service-selling model is highly emphasized and celebrated.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Provide customers with the exceptional Family of Friends experience including product and fit dialogue by sharing authentically from personal experience.
  2. Establish the fit dialogue as the foundation to building a lasting relationship with our customers.
  3. Consistently share product knowledge including special features, fabric facts, and care.
  4. Encourage and energize our customers in our loft environment.
  5. Receive and process inventory including unpacking, folding, sizing, and merchandising on the selling floor. Boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs.
  6. Support our merchandise presentation including replenishing, rolling, and sizing as necessary.
  7. Consistently ensure merchandise from dressing rooms is replaced and managed accordingly.
  8. Complete assigned cleanup duties daily.
  9. Utilize the POS system, process payments, refunds, exchanges, issues, and gift cards.
  10. Under the direction of the Loft Manager/Assistant Loft Manager, perform and complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments accordingly.

Loft Supervisor (Part-time position)

Guarantees the store runs in the absence of the Loft Manager/Assistant Loft Manager; responsible for assisting in key aspects of loft operations including educating customers on our jeans (ie. the amazing fit, details, and quality of our denim) and the Silver Jeans Co. values we stand for. Encourage and energize staff and assist in evolving loft functions and flow. The Loft Supervisor position directly manages Jeaners when supervising the floor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Directly supervise Jeaners when managing the floor.
  2. Encourage and energize team and assist in evolving in-store functions.
  3. Provide customers with the exceptional Family of Friends experience including product and fit dialogue by sharing authentically from personal experience.
  4. Establish the fit dialogue as the foundation to building a lasting relationship with our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and ensure execution of all shipment receiving and processing procedures to loft-ready standards; partners with store management to direct shipment placement on loft floor. Ensures loft floor is replenished per company guidelines and follows up with team to ensure accuracy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Encourage and energize team and assist in evolving loft functions.
  2. Provide customers with the exceptional Family of Friends experience including product and fit dialogue by sharing authentically from personal experience.
  3. Establish the fit dialogue as the foundation to building a lasting relationship with our customers.
  4. Consistently share product knowledge including special features, fabric facts, and care.
  5. Encourage and energize our customers in our loft environment.
  6. Receive and process inventory including unpacking, folding sizing and merchandising on the selling floor. Boxes can weigh 10-30 lbs.

  8. Process damaged and defective merchandise, complete re-tickets and charge sends according to standard policy.
